Open Enrollment

ACTIVE eMPLOYEES / CURRENTLY bENEFITTED cobra mEMBERS & rETIREES

Employees must complete the Open Enrollment process online through BenefitBridge during the Open Enrollment period (typically in October/November) for the plan year beginning January 1, if they wish to enroll/change/terminate plan(s), add/drop dependents, waive coverage, and/or enroll in the Flexible Spending Accounts.

nEW hIRES / rETURN FROM loa / qUALIFYING eVENTS

Employees must complete their medical, dental, and/or vision enrollments online through BenefitBridge and submit any required forms and documentation to the Insurance Department no later than 30 days from the date of the qualifying event.
