Planning

Long Range Facilities Master Plan 2016-17

 

The district has completed an initial draft of a new master plan to succeed its 2006 Facilities Master Plan and 2008 Capital Improvement Plan.  The initial draft includes five components:

  • Educational Specifications
  • Demographics and Enrollment Projections
  • Classroom Capacity Analysis
  • Facility Condition Assessments
  • Summary of Capital Facility Funds

Cost estimates and project prioritization will be developed pending further analysis.


 

Capital Improvement Plan 2008
 

The District's Capital Improvement Plan, adopted in its revised form by the Board of Education in February 2008, provides proposed school design plans incorporating the use of prototypical permanent and modular building designs for new and replacement buildings.
