Dr. Shelly Morr, Assoc. Superintendent Human Resources

Dr. Shelly Morr is the Associate Superintendent of Human Resources. Prior to her appointment, she served three years as Director of Human Resources and 12 years as a Principal at two schools in Oceanside and one school in Borrego Springs. 

Before becoming a principal, Dr. Morr served as both a special day class teacher and resource specialist in the Escondido Elementary and San Diego Unified school districts.  Please feel free to contact Dr. Morr or her assistant using the information listed below.
