NOTICE OF DEVELOPER FEE INCREASE - EFFECTIVE AUGUST 21, 2010
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the BOARD OF EDUCATION of the OCEANSIDE UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, at its regularly scheduled meeting held on June 22, 2010, adopted a fee justification study and approved the levy of increased statutory school fees on new residential and commercial/industrial development pursuant to Education Code Section 17620 and Government Code Section 65995.
Effective August 21, 2010, developer fees for the Oceanside Unified School District will be collected at the statutory level as follows:
Residential - $2.97 per square foot of assessible area
Commercial/Industrial - $.47 per square foot
