Bond Construction Management Team


Program Management Group is proud to provide construction management services to the Oceanside Unified School District for the Proposition H bond construction program.

It is our team's responsibility to work in collaboration with district staff, architects, contractors and consultants in all phases of construction, including:

  • Planning and design development
  • Procurement of contractors and related services
  • Construction of new and renovation of existing facilities
  • Project close-out and commissioning

Our office is located in Building E of the Oceanside Unified School District administration offices, at 2111 Mission Avenue, Oceanside, CA 92058.  From Mission Avenue, enter the driveway, pass Payroll and Insurance Offices, turn right into the west parking lot. Building E is straight ahead.
